Pfeiffer Beach with Arti & Zane
Hey everyone! Have you ever wondered what it’s like to shoot over at Pffifer Beach in Big Sur? Well here’s your chance to see a bit of what it looks like. This adventure was to capture the Love of Arti & Zane. They are such a wonderful couple and were SO much fun to work with. We were thrown a curveball to start the shoot off, with the actual entrance being a bit flooded. We all collectively decided we weren’t going to let a little water stop us from shooting at this absolutely breathtaking location. Me personally, I believe every aspect of the day should be captured. not just the super pretty moments. You’ll see below pictures that capture just that.
After that, we arrived at where you would usually go up to the parking lot. I knew we had to get pictures down this pathway, as the light was perfect, and there was not any cars in the background due to the flood. These pictures gave a great start to the actual photos themselves.
Getting closer to the main part of the location (the beach itself) I couldn’t help but stop us next a fallen tree (Image down below). I’ve been to this beach a multitude of times and have always wanted to take pictures in that specific spot. It turned out even better than I had imagined in my head. The light and the colors worked out so perfectly. As we finally hit the sand, there is also a mountain in the background which I knew would be an amazing back drop. Those are my personal favorites from the day.

Finally, we have the all of the absolute bangers from the day. This is one of the main spots that Pfeiffer Beach is known for. It is a tunnel like spot through one of the huge rocks on the beach. At the right time you can get the sunlight shining right through, as well as waves crashing behind you in pictures. It’s genuinely hard to choose favorites from this amazing day. I would do this shoot with Arti & Zane a thousand times over. Big shout out to them, and congratulations once again on your engagement!!!
